What kind of paper is used for notebooks?
The traditional paper stock used for notebooks is 80gsm. You’ll find this paper in most notebooks in high street stores. 80gsm works well in notebooks for note-taking and general academic or business use. Your inside pages can either be lined or left blank, depending on your preferred design.
How do I print a notebook?
You can order directly through our online quote system. You can select your notebook cover stock, finish type, notebook size, and the number of inner pages. Before we send your orders to print, we’ll always send you a proof copy of your notebook to make sure you’re happy with the final product. This way, we make sure our products are still of high quality when they reach our customers!
Do you offer personalised notebooks?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer traditional personalised notebooks. We have set notebook sizing, which we use for printing. However, you can supply personalised artwork for your front and back cover. Your cover designs are your choice! If you need help with your cover format, please speak to one of our team, and we’d be happy to help.
What type of finish is available for my notebook?
We offer perfect bound and wiro bound notebooks. Wiro bound notebooks are great for those who need to lay their notepad flat. You can do this without putting any pressure on the book’s spine, avoiding any strain on the spine. Our traditional perfect-bound notebooks are printed and finished with adhesive to hold your covers to the text block.
How do I supply my artwork?
You need to supply your book in PDF format for printing. We don’t accept Word documents for printing. Once you’ve completed your order, you’ll need to upload your cover to our system, which we’ll use for print. If the file isn’t correct or the design doesn’t match your page count, we’ll send the files back for amends. If you’re struggling with the cover designs, please speak to one of the team.
