Christmas is the busiest time of year for all businesses. We aim to keep everything within 15 working days. However, different books take more time to produce than others. And delivery times are reliant on couriers.
No, turnaround times are for orders which have been signed off by our customers. If you’d like to see a proof (which we always recommend that you do), please allow for an additional 48 hours on your order.
Your order will be processed within 24 hours. However, if your files are not print-ready or there are any other issues which with the files which could slow production, this will have an impact on your order.
